How long does it take to complete an order? -  Clothing orders are generally ready within 10-14 working days from approval of artwork. Promotional items take approximately 2-3 weeks.

What makes a good quality T-shirt? - A series of important aspects should be studied prior to deciding on a particular shirt.  Ounce weight is an important factor.  People often think cotton is synonymous with heavyweight; this is not always the case.  Look for shirts at an ounce weight of approximately 6.0; premium shirts exceed this range.

What should I look for in shirt construction? - In addition to a nice soft feel, examine how it is sewn.  Double or reinforced stitching adds to the value and quality to a shirt.  A longer hem and symmetrical construction are also
factors.

Any tips regarding care of garments? - Regardless of the shirt you ultimately select, always be sure that you follow laundering instructions on the label; this will ensure maximum life for your garment.  Avoid excessive hot water when laundering; also avoid a hot dryer.

What is Digitizing? -  This is the method used to make a rendering of your design into a computer program that can be read by embroidery equipment.
This program must contain some important elements that will ultimately make your completed job more attractive.  Stitches need to be given proper direction during the sewing process; this will ensure nice tight thread and ample coverage.  This is a process that needs to be done by experienced professionals.
